Returns

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, returns are generally not accepted once the package has been opened or used.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/video of the package and product.

Exchanges

Eligible products may be exchanged in case of a wrong or damaged item, subject to verification and availability.

Important

Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Exchange/return requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
